One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account on 1wen. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered linked to the same individual, the platform reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated transactions.

Transactions in Philippine Peso

All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 1wen are processed in PHP. Funds are transferred through local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All promotional bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each offer is published in that offer's terms. Read them before opting in.

Account Security Is Your Responsibility

2. Eligibility

1wen reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1wen platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held within them.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Any material inaccuracies — including false name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until the discrepancy is resolved.

Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes, are personal and must not be shared with any other person. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1wen platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment instruments for deposits or withdrawals on this platform.

Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification through KYC before being processed. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be unable to process withdrawals until documentation is submitted and approved.

1wen does not impose platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, GCash, or Maya account may apply their own standard transaction fees depending on the method and amount. Check with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1wen offers various types of promotions to eligible accounts, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, and VIP-exclusive deals. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before opting in.

The following general rules apply to all promotional bonuses on 1wen unless the specific offer's terms state otherwise:

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
Attempting to withdraw before a wagering requirement is completed may result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 1wen — including live casino, sports betting, fish games, and slots — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are accessible within each respective game or section of the platform.

Bets placed and accepted by the platform are final. 1wen reserves the right to void bets in the event of:

Technical errors or system malfunctions during gameplay that demonstrably affected the outcome.
Errors in the odds, payouts, or game settings caused by human or technical error.
Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

9. Account Closure
